Log into My Health Record via MyGov

You can only access the My Health Record by logging in via MyGov.

This can present certain challenges and a fair amount of patience is required.

1. Use your username and password.
2. Password rejected, so click Forgot Password.
3. Enter your e-mail address again.
4. Request a one-time code by e-mail or text message.
5. Reset your password.
6. Save the new password in a password keeper like BitWarden (free) or 1Password.
7. Repeat every time you want to access MyGov.

One tip — if you ever use the MyID app to login via ‘Digital ID,’ you will no longer be able to login via username and password, and you must use Digital ID to log into MyGov every time after that.

Once you log into MyGov, choose My Health Record and you should be taken to the MyHR home screen (pictured below).
